At Slay Queen Injections you will undergo a health clearance before your appointment with our Nurse Practitioner (NP). They will clear you for your upcoming appointment. You MUST complete this prior to your appointment and can only be done with our NP. This is a REQUIRMENT prior to services being done. This just insures that no issues will arise health wise during your treatments. Your health is my number one priority! The health clearance is good for 1 year but needs to be done yearly to assure there hasn't been any major medical issues that have arose since treatments started. Some of my services include the NP fee.
My product is purchased directly through our vendors. You WILL receive the product you have chosen and purchased (no black market or generics).
In the state of Texas it is required for anyone doing injections that they are under an MD direction so at all times our MD and our NP is available.
I am a very thorough type of person, as well as a perfectionist. An injector is like an artist, they are the paint brush and what you want done is my blank canvas. I want you to see results for what you pay for and want to turn you into a Slay Queen!
